*ONLY ONE TWIN ROOM LEFT*

A Return To Nature Retreat is a chance for you to step into the natural world to experience deep reverence and your inner landscape through hiking, meditation and yin yoga.

Wake up to the sunrise over the mountains, the sounds of birds nearby and the silence of the space that surrounds you then dive into your essence through group meditation as the rays of light wash over the valley.

After breakfast we will hike through rainforests and caves, past waterfalls and into the depths of nature and a stop to enjoy a protein rich, organic wholefood lunch by a stream.

Upon your return to can cosy up by the fire, and read a good book or soak in your own private spa bath in your room. After your three course dinner our yin practice begins, a chance to unwind and dive deep into your inner nature and essence to reveal what needs to rise and fall - just as natures cycles show us.

Our retreat weekend will finish with a divine 90 minute experience at a brand new elementally inspired spa a short drive away from our accommodation, with salt caves, saunas and mineral spas for complete relaxation and unwinding.

For 2 nights and 3 days we will immerse ourselves in nature with hiking, meditation and yin yoga. A chance to step into both moving meditation through our 4 hour treks and a deepening of our connection with Self through the soothing practices of yin yoga and meditation.

OUR LOCATION

The Lamington National Park is one of beauty and wonder, held in deep reverence by the Birinburra, Kombumerri, Wangerriburra and Migunberri, or collectively known as the Yugambeh people, for thousands of years. Over our stay this incredible land and it’s mountains and rainforests will hold us as we tread carefully through remarkable landscapes and terrains not often seen anywhere else in the world.

Set 800 meters above sea level we will traverse the intricate pathways, waterfalls and caves over 2 different hikes on 2 days. All hikes will be accessible for most, with no training required to take part in this retreat and our aim is to tread lightly, to lean into the nature that surrounds us and to open up to our own true nature in doing so.

To get to our meeting place and accommodation in Binna Burra, it takes approximately 1 hour from Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, as an example, you will require a car to get there.

Please reach out if you are intending on flying in and we can organise a car share / car pool or shuttle for you through our accommodation provider.

OUR ITINERARY

As part of our time together we will be combining hiking, meditation and soothing yin yoga to both step into the nature that surrounds us AND to reveal our own true nature.

The timing of the hikes and the ones that we undertake will be confirmed at the time of the retreat, this is because the direction we take will change based on the elements and mother nature. The intention is to complete 2 x approximately 3-4 hour hikes over the course of the weekend - cars will be required to get to our starting position depending on the tracks taken.

This retreats aim is to sink into nature and in doing so reveal our own true nature, this may mean that our itinerary could change and unravel in unexpected ways. I encourage you to remember to be open to the elements and what nature and this land reveals for us throughout our time together.

Our time in nature will be complimented with time discovering our true nature, through observation, sense withdrawal, breathwork (yogic pranayama) and focus. This will be experienced in both our yin yoga practice and our meditations.

Get ready to explore your inner world just as you will your outer.
