It all started when…

How often do you stop and wonder what’s next? Who do I chat to? How can I expand? As a yoga teacher, as a student of yoga perhaps? Maybe you’re someone who is time poor but craves that little bit extra and someone to support and see you directly in that.

Me too… it’s a question that I ask myself regularly and have done for the past 10 years while I’ve been teaching yoga so I am excited to be sharing an offering where you get to ask questions, be inspired and expand your offerings/ knowledge and in life.

So here I am, ready, willing and able to walk this pathway of expansion with you in a one on one capacity to get to know you and from that place help you to find the answers you are searching for.

Who you are…

A yoga teacher or a student of yoga who wants dedicated one on one support, a true teacher to student relationship (that will last well beyond the time we have together).

How we can work together…

As a teacher I can help you: 

  • Create your classes, refine, review, expand

  • Mentor you in your teaching providing feedback for what you could consider changing & developing

  • Create home practices for you to be inspired in your own practice outside of a studio

  • Chat all things teaching, running a business or side hustle of yoga, mindset, be your best hype girl but with real, honest and logical support

  • Review yoga resumes & websites and business pages to help you get started

  • Help you to create your portfolio of sequences and your brand

  • Help you create marketing plans to get your messages into the world

  • Philosophy chats on how to bring more than just Asana into your practice, life and teachings

As a student of yoga I can help you with:

  • Technique and form (zoom calls only) and depth for postures that capture your heart and your mind that you want to feel into more in YOUR body

  • Create home practices for you to be inspired outside of a studio

  • Philosophy chats on how to bring more than just asana into your practice

  • Meditations developed for you at this time in your life and tools for the circumstances you find yourself in

  • If based on the Sunshine Coast add an extra $200 for this to be in person weekly

Your investment…

$500 for 4 x 30 minute weekly (or 4 per month) zoom calls, voice calls or voice notes, emails, text messages - however it will work best for you.

This investment is for one month only, and there is no obligation to continue after one month if you feel you have what you need to continue your expansion.

A maximum 4 places will be available in any one month to ensure you are seen, heard and supported.
